Identify the authoritative documents, videos, schedules, recipes and Telegram posts that define the current Nutritional Cleansing process.
N1 funnel
Turn those sources into a coherent pathway: orientation → preparation → core protocol/class → recipes/resources → schedule → implementation → support → continuity.
Support automation
After N1 is stable, give Telegram a source-grounded assistant for navigation, repetitive questions, resource finding and escalation to Narda.
What I can work from immediately.
Cleanse Schedule v3
The schedule provides a concrete operational sequence and timing framework. It explicitly organizes cycles around elimination, “softening stones,” and nourishment, with timing intervals and a minimum three-day pre-flush period stated in the document.
Use: curriculum sequencing + preparation page + printable/member tool.
Health Questionnaire
This is highly valuable because it already defines intake, supplements/medications, history, goals, diet, symptom surveys, acknowledgement and disclaimer language.
Use: onboarding design + support boundaries + what belongs in a guided path rather than public content.
Anti-parasite food elimination list
Useful as a referenced resource, but not as the canonical definition of Narda's own protocol unless Narda explicitly adopts it.
Use: resource library / attribution / review before recommendation.
Potassium & Sodium document
Useful for understanding the electrolyte/nutrition discussion around the cleanse. Because it includes health claims and specific supplementation guidance, it belongs in a source-review track before public promotion.
Use: supporting-resource review, not automatic funnel copy.
I do not need the whole Drive. I need the canonical spine first.

This appears to be the strongest candidate for the central written source. I want this first because it can establish terminology, sequence, ingredients, rationale, boundaries and cross-references for the rest of N1.

This should tell me how Narda herself introduces the program to a new person. That is more valuable for the funnel opening than inventing new onboarding language.

Pairs directly with the Cleanse Schedule v3 already received. Together these should define the preparation module.

Needed to connect LifeFood, electrolyte lemonade, blended food/soup and actual recipe practice to the funnel rather than leaving them as scattered references.

Important for the deeper-stage curriculum and for separating educational explanation, experience/testimony and claims that need careful treatment.

Important because the public poster explicitly mentions parasites. I need Narda's actual teaching before deciding how that topic is represented in the funnel.

The current Channel is the curriculum surface; the Chat is the support surface. I only need enough to map that real structure into N1.

Every old Telegram channel
Archive material can be reviewed when a current lesson depends on it. It should not delay the canonical current funnel.
Every chat conversation
Historical conversations are useful later for FAQ patterns and support intelligence, not as the first knowledge base.
Broad ecosystem expansion
School projects, broader ecology, Spanish expansion and other ideas can remain visible on the roadmap without entering the current flush-focused N1 scope.
Heavy automation
I want the knowledge and workflow stable before automating it. Automation should reduce effort around a clear process, not fossilize confusion.
